If your Account has a payment overdue, we offer a 25 day 'grace period' from your original payment date, to give you some extra time to update your payment details.
During this time, we may send you some friendly email reminders that you have an overdue payment.
If we have not received payment after the 25 day 'grace period', we will suspend your Account.
Whilst your account is suspended, you will still be able to login to enter a valid form of payment, which will then reactivate your Account.
You will not be able to use your portfolio Admin panel until the account has been re-activated.
1. Payment will be used to cover the outstanding amount first.
2. Pixelrights will also charge you for the 'grace period' while we provide the service to you, but not for the time the account has been suspended.
